COVID Policy

BrightBloom Centers is invested in the health and wellness of our staff and the families we serve. Based on guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) for essential businesses, we enacted an extensive COVID-19 policy outlining our procedures and efforts to reduce the risk of exposure.

This includes thoroughly enhancing our previous protocols for handwashing. We’ve also updated our policies for session cancellations due to illness, wearing of face masks, telehealth services, and frequent cleanings of high-touch surfaces. We continuously monitor these guidelines for applicable updates to our policies.

As part of our COVID-19 policies, BrightBloom requires all locations to engage in the following:

  • Masks/face coverings for staff
  • Daily temperature checks
  • Curbside/lobby drop off & pick up
  • Weekly wellness checklists
  • Frequent hand washing throughout sessions
  • Regular sanitation of centers and materials

We also ask all individuals who suspect they may be sick to remain home, quarantine, and only return upon receiving a medical clearance or negative test result.
